On the Jan. 23 episode of E!'s "Busy Tonight," Cobie Smulders opened up throughout how she failed to make an impression the well-behaved time she met her husband, Taran Killam. Recalled the "How I Met Your Mother" alum, "We met [when] he taped a pilot of a television show with a really good disagreeable of mine, and I went up to him — very boldly — 'cause he was really good and I demanded to, you know, give him that compliment, and I said, 'You were really sizable on the show, and nice to meet you — I'm Paul's friend.' And he does not remember meetings me. … [I] made zero impression on my now-husband of like 14 existences. … I was also with somebody [at the time]. I was not looking for romance. I was just populate a kind person." Cobie then joked that she didn't make an influence with Taran because he only likes mean girls — notion she used a word that rhymes with "witches." Ultimately, the duo connected later when they attended a mutual friend's 30th birthday party and bonded over the fact that they were both 22 and everyone else was "old and gross."
